Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach. As a Senior Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, managing complex issues, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support to clients, resolving complex IT issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring all issues are addressed promptly.
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Develop and implement best practices for IT support processes and procedures.
  • Mentor and train junior support staff, sharing knowledge and expertise.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of support activities and solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
  • Onsite and in-office work required

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, networking, and common software applications.
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and cloud applications
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.
