Job Overview
TeamLogic IT is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Franchise Support team as a New Location Manager. This role is instrumental in guiding new franchisees through the opening process, ensuring a seamless transition from signing a franchise agreement to launching their business. Working under the direction of the Business Support Manager, the New Location Manager will play a key role in supporting business growth and operational success for franchisees.
Duties
- Conduct regular scheduled and follow-up calls with new franchisees to guide them through the opening process and ensure successful business launches.
- Develop strong relationships with franchisees to build confidence, facilitate communication, and ensure adherence to the TeamLogic IT business model.
- Assist franchisees with Business Plans and Cash Flows, providing insights and recommendations as needed.
- Collaborate with the New Franchise Owner Support Team to enhance programs and increase revenue for new franchise owners.
- Ensure smooth transition of support post-opening.
- Participate in weekly new franchise owner meetings to provide direct owner support.
- Coordinate opening activities with the Support and Marketing teams to ensure all launch tasks are completed successfully.
- Maintain up-to-date records of opening activities and verify completion using appropriate tracking tools.
- Develop expertise in TeamLogic IT’s management systems and programs to effectively assist new franchisees.
- Recommend improvements to the Business Support Manager to enhance the opening process.
- Maintain communication with leadership, including the Senior Vice President of Franchise Support & Training, Business Support Manager, marketing, and support staff.
- Identify and communicate concerns regarding franchisees' progress during the opening process.
- Ensure franchisees are fully prepared for transition to ongoing support post-opening.
- Represent TeamLogic IT at company meetings and industry events.
- Document and submit detailed reports for all franchisee interactions.
- Regular attendance at the company’s Mission Viejo office is required. This is not a remote or hybrid role.
Experience
- Proven experience in franchise support, business development, or operations management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of franchise operations, marketing strategies, and technology services is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in Autotask, QuickBooks, CRM, Office, and other business management tools preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and attend company events as needed.
