Job Title: Front Office Receptionist
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
Dress Code: Business Casual
Pay: $17.50 per hour
· Back-up receptionist/front desk coverage while receptionist is on breaks, vacations/out of the office; answer calls, greet visitors, make sure visitors sign-in, provide guest pass
· Maintain DC phone list, distribute as needed
· Order and maintain office supplies and supply rooms; order supplies as needed for the front office/DC departments, make sure all supply rooms are stocked, follow-up on orders
· Order and maintain DC supplies as directed
· Maintain coffee and beverage supplies for front office/DC departments as needed; make service calls and follow-up as needed
· Maintain copier supplies for front office/DC departments, make service calls, follow-up as needed
· Maintain the Follow-Up sheet, follow-up on POD’s as needed
· Issue PO’s and Receipts as needed
· Submit New Vendor set-up and check requests, follow-up as needed
· Submit school district shoe donation requests and follow-up as needed
· Submit shoe orders for executives/associates as needed, maintain shoe order log
· Update/print DC Café menu as needed
· Maintain vendor files as needed
· Assist with meeting organization and catering requests
· Assist with retail tape, retail supply and corporate corrugated requests as needed
· Assist with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Requirements:
