- Eligible for 401k after just 30 days of employment.* $30,000 company paid Life Insurance.* Will train the right individual with current and valid CDL! *Job Responsibilities : Perform septic tank pumping, maintenance, and repair services.
- Conduct septic system inspections and diagnose potential issues.* Troubleshoot and repair septic system components, including pumps, pipes, and distributionboxes.
- Safely operate vacuum trucks, tools, and other equipment.* Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with local health regulations.* Maintain accurate records of services performed and ensure proper invoicing.
- Requirements : Previous experience in the septic industry is preferred but not required.* Valid CDL B or A (will need Tanker Endorsement or willing to obtain immediately)* Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical labor outdoors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.* Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Sales and customer service experience preferred.* Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.* Clean MVR.
