Chattanooga Closet Company is seeking motivated, organized individuals who take pride in quality artisanship and delivering exceptional customer service. As an Installer, you will be responsible for installing our custom closet solutions safely, efficiently, and with top-notch precision.
What We are Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- 2 years' experience in cabinet installation or trim carpentry is preferred
- Ability to work individually & in a team environment
- Strong customer service skills & attention to detail
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs. & navigating stairs
- Punctual & professional work ethic
Responsibilities:
- Install custom products according to specifications and customer requirements, ensuring high-quality craftmanship.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize skills to make necessary adjustments during installation.
- Operate tools and equipment safely
- Maintain a valid driver's license to travel to various job sites as needed.

Pay:
- $15.00-$17.00/hr. (**Based on Experience, Transitioning to Commission)
