Job Summary:
The Job requires attention to detail for all parts being produced. All substandard quality and missing parts/components must be immediately identified, and the proper action taken to correct.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify project carts. Be sure to account for all carts.
• Pull Paperwork from cart and verify components on cart based on parts and quantity listed on paperwork.
• Check off and initial each item.
• If there are items missing, backtrack manufacturing process to locate part.
• If unsuccessful locating item, have part remanufactured to replace.
• Once all items are accounted for on the project then begin the packing process.
• Based on the type of order, use the required shipping/packing method for the project.
• Be sure all parts are secure and unable to move in shipping, which can cause anything from scuffs, scratching to even damage.
• Once the shipment is packed, cap in the proper manner.
• Properly record shipment on the bill-of-lading and ship schedule.
• Move shipment from packing area to staging area.
• Required Tasks
• Be able to identify parts on a project cart.
• Ability to pack crates, optimizing space.
• Carefully pack and handle all components as well as shipping containers once packed.
• Properly document shortages on shipping and notify the appropriate individuals.
• Keep the workstation neat and clean.
• Dump trash collection bins.
• Preform daily and weekly clean-up.
• Perform general maintenance and any other tasks prescribed by your supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements:

• Work in a plant environment equipped with Exhaust, Overhead, and Area fans in warmer time and heat in colder times of the year.
• Work is preformed at a stand-up workstation w/fatigue mat.
• Be able to push 4-wheel project carts which weigh up to 250 lbs.
• Be able to lift sheets of material weighing up to 80lbs.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $19.00 to $21.00 depending on experience
• Expected Hours: M-Th 6:00am to 3:00pm; Fri 6:00am to 12:00pm
• Work Location: In-person at our Marietta GA location.
