What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spotter Driver position at TeamOne Logistics?
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Tractor Trailer Spotter to join our team at Advanced Distribution Inc.! If you have experience operating or spotting tractor trailers and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely maneuver and position tractor trailers within the yard.
- Assist with loading and unloading trailers.
- Ensure trailers are parked and staged according to warehouse needs.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections on vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and organized yard.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of previous experience as a tractor trailer spotter or in a similar role preferred.
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).
- Ability to operate large vehicles safely and efficiently. (There will be a spotter test.)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Must be able to work in varying weather conditions.
We Offer:
· Pay is $20.00 per hour
· Work Schedule is M-F, 0630 am to 4:30 pm
