TeamOne Logistics has partnered with BroadRange Logistics, a leading 3PL service company in a fast growth industry covering warehousing, logistics, and fulfillment. We are currently looking for an experienced, professional and motivated Manager to join our family!

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals
- Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, SOP processes, and shipping
- Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues
- Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
- Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
- Motivate employees, resolve issues, and make difficult decisions
- Serve as a conduit of communication between employees and senior management
- Implement established business strategy, assigning roles and tasks to dedicated team members based on strengths and abilities
- Identify and implement positive changes in cost reduction and waste elimination
- Meet and exceed organizational goals with optimum use of workforce and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with state and legal policies and procedures
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
- Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
- Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed
- Meet regularly with warehouse supervisors to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention
- Oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to customers and internal facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages
Physical Requirements:
- Requires the ability to stock shelves by climbing ladders or stairs; able to bend, twist, stoop, reach and lift/move inventory up to 40 lbs., standing and walking for long periods of time exposed to warehouse conditions, cold/heat and noise.
- Requires the ability for close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus
Experience:
- 3-5 years warehouse management experience required
- Ability to operate a forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
- Forklift Certification preferred
- Good communication, organizational, time management, leadership and mathematical skills
- Dependable, Reliable and Punctual
- Inventory, equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills may be required
- Able to interface with all levels of staff and management
- Excellent customer service skills
