TeamOne Logistics has partnered with BroadRange Logistics, a leading 3PL service company in a fast growth industry covering warehousing, logistics, and fulfillment. We are currently looking for an experienced, professional and motivated working Supervisor to join our family!

Key Responsibilities:

• Motivate employees, resolve issues, and make difficult decisions
• Serve as a conduit of communication between employees and senior management
• Implement established business strategy, assigning roles and tasks to dedicated team members based on strengths and abilities
• Identify and implement positive changes in cost reduction and waste elimination
• Meet and exceed organizational goals with optimum use of workforce and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with state and legal policies and procedures
• Directly work with employees to meet quality and on-time delivery requirements; address production challenges and communicate to appropriate leadership
• Partner with production department to manage workflow and ensure employees fully comprehend responsibilities and delegated tasks
• Set performance goals and deadlines in line with company’s vision
• Monitor team productivity and provide performance evaluations, constructive feedback, mentorship, and discipline as needed
• Receive and track employee and customer complaints and follow up with the warehouse manager before making any decisions

Physical Requirements:

• Requires the ability to stock shelves by climbing ladders or stairs; able to bend, twist, stoop, reach and lift/move inventory up to 40 lbs., standing and walking for long periods of time exposed to warehouse conditions, cold/heat and noise.
• Requires the ability for close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus

Experience:

• 3-5 years warehouse supervisory experience required
• Ability to operate a forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
• Forklift Certification preferred
• Good communication, organizational, time management, leadership and mathematical skills
• Dependable, Reliable and Punctual
• Inventory, equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills may be required
• Able to interface with all levels of staff and management
• Excellent customer service skills
