Primary Function
This Marketing Manager will manage global marketing communications activations and execution for various major brands. This person will collaborate with key cross-functional internal and external teams such as product, consumer insights, retail, PR, Social, creative, media, agencies, and partners to deliver outstanding toolkits that will be leveraged across all Regions and execute plans in the US.
Open to remote for the right candidate but hybrid RI preferred - in the office Tuesday, Wed, Thursday and possible travel to shoots required.
Start Date: 5/27/25-10/17/25 COULD EXTEND, If the contract extends it will not exceed a yearlong contract.
Pay Rate: $52.00-62.00 per hour

Duties & Responsibilities
- Eventize and showcase the product, managing the creation of consumer facing assets for advertising and marketing messaging.
- Work with creative teams to develop content & assets for digital and influencer marketing, retail/ eComm and social. Manage briefing process through delivery of assets including stakeholder alignment & approvals.
- Understand what makes consumers tick and how and where to reach them.
- Ensure assets efficiently reach target audiences in impactful ways that are culturally relevant and scalable for markets.
- Leverage resources and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure global campaigns are delivered and completed on time and on budget.
- Accurate management and tracking of timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Reporting performance based on key metrics.
- Ensure day-to-day marketing inquiries from regions and internal/external partners are being actioned.
- Manage preparations & pitch at internal leadership meetings and presentations.
- Evaluate and implement improvements (as appropriate) to internal processes to enhance collaboration, communication, efficiency, and relationships across key partners.
- Excellent project management skills, highly proactive, able to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Experience working with international teams, possessing a thorough understanding of global market trends and awareness of the nuances of each territory
- Excellent rapport builder able to develop strong stakeholder relationships at all levels
- First-rate presentation skills – able to build and create strong and concise stories through both verbal and written presentation
- Highly resourceful, tenacious, and able to work autonomously
- Solid consumer-centric mindset and commercial foresight, possessing demonstrated ability to use and interpret data, both quantitative and qualitative, to influence decisions Relentless curiosity, passion, good humor, and inspiration.
- Develops solutions requiring analysis and research.
- Responsible for critical work and/or complex projects performed within a broader technical and business context.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or related field
- 5 years experience specifically in Marketing/ Advertising/ Media within CPG industry and across multiple audience segments
- Experience using consumer insights, innovation, and key trends to deliver fresh consumer campaigns that deliver on KPIs
