Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and print advertising.
- Assist agents with business growth by supporting administrative and marketing tasks.
- Create engaging marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention.
- Conduct SEO analysis to enhance website visibility and improve search engine rankings.
- Assist in budgeting for marketing projects and track expenses to ensure adherence to financial plans.
- Analyze performance marketing metrics to optimize campaigns for better results.
- Maintain up-to-date listing information on various platforms.
- Ensure smooth communication between agents, clients, and our office.
- Coordinate print advertising efforts, including design, production, and distribution of materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media marketing and email marketing.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools for website optimization.
- Knowledge of performance marketing strategies and analytics tools.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe and Canva
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with real estate is a plus (but a license is NOT required).

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
