Key Responsibilities :
- Sell and service personal lines insurance policies to new and existing clients.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
Provide expert advice on insurance products and coverage options.
Handle client inquiries and process policy changes efficiently.
Assist with claims processes when necessary.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualification :
Active California Department of Insurance Personal Lines license.
Prior insurance industry experience.
