Job Title : Administrative Assistant

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations, facilitate communication, and assist various departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and organize office files, records, and correspondence.

Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

Provide administrative support to management and other team members.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Generate labels for customer work orders.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office administrator, or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.

Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.

Work Environment : This is a full-time position based in an office setting. The role may require occasional lifting of office supplies and equipment.

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

Pay : $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Salary : $22 - $25
