Job Title : Part-Time Bookkeeper & Customer Service Administrator
Job Overview : Monday-Friday part time 20-25 hours per week
pay range $24-$29)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Bookkeeper & Customer Service Administrator to support our financial and administrative operations. This role will be responsible for managing basic bookkeeping tasks, providing excellent customer service, and handling various administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Bookkeeping & Financial Support :
Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable / receivable.
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately.
Reconcile bank statements and assist with monthly financial reporting.
Prepare basic financial summaries and assist with budgeting as needed.
Work with external accountants to ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations.
Customer Service & Administrative Support :
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Assist with scheduling, client inquiries, and resolving basic customer issues.
Maintain and organize office records, contracts, and employee files.
Support day-to-day office operations, including ordering supplies and managing correspondence.
Assist with data entry, report preparation, and other administrative projects.
Qualifications & Skills :
Experience : 2 years of bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative experience preferred.
Education : Associate’s degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Technical Skills : Proficiency in QuickBooks (or similar accounting software), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Customer Service Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Organizational Abilities : Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
Problem-Solving : Ability to work independently and resolve customer or administrative issues efficiently.
