Regional Director of Marketing

We are looking to hire a hardworking and enthusiastic Regional Director of Marketing and Admissions to work with our Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Downtown Buffalo area!

The Regional Director of Marketing and Admissions is responsible for the overall development, execution of a sales and marketing strategy that supports our Skilled Nursing Facilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Ability to develop and foster relationships with hospitals and other medical facilities in the area to identify and help place individuals who have skilled nursing needs.
• Persuasive communication skills
• Development of strategic relationships

• Ensures communities are consistently executing standards core values and increases ability to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Collaborates with Facility Marketing Directors to develop and implement company-wide strategies which generate new leads and advance existing leads.
• Keeps abreast of professional development in the marketing environment.
• Understands competitive opportunities and threats.
• Strong sales management experience with a minimum of 2 years in a multi-site or regional sales management position in the senior living or related industries.
• Assists management with resident retention through new resident welcome events, resident referral programs, outside community visits to current hospitalized residents, and other programs as outlined in the marketing plan or by the Regional Sales and Marketing management.
• Willing/able to travel.
