Payroll Clerk- Part-Time
MGR, a Teamshares network company, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Clerk to join our client's accounting team. The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
The role will be part time, working 2 days, totaling 16 hours/week on a Mon/Fri or Thurs/Fri schedule.

MGR, a Teamshares network company, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Clerk to join our client's accounting team. The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
The role will be part time, working 2 days, totaling 16 hours/week on a Mon/Fri or Thurs/Fri schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and submit certified payroll reports for construction projects in accordance with local, state, and federal labor laws, including prevailing wage rates
- Maintain detailed records of payroll for workers across multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable regulations
- Use a variety of platforms and software to submit certified payroll documentation, including but not limited to LCPtracker, Sage 300, or other industry-specific platforms
- Review and ensure proper classification of employees according to the project-specific prevailing wage rates
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in certified payroll processing, preferably in a construction or construction-adjacent industry
- Strong knowledge of prevailing wage laws, government compliance requirements, and certified payroll reporting processes
- Proven experience working with payroll platforms such as LCPtracker, Sage 300, or similar tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and other relevant software
