- Business Development & Sales Executive
- Are you a highly motivated, team-oriented individual with a passion for building strong relationships and an interest in sales/marketing of commercial printing? This role is responsible for generating new business. The ideal candidate must be a proven self-starter, who is a high-performing team player who can come in and hit the ground running
- As a Business Development and Sales Executive, primary responsibilities will involve extensive business development and networking, cultivating new relationships, growing existing accounts, and delivering exceptional print solutions to our valued clients. We are seeking a motivated self-starter who can thrive in a collaborative environment, consistently meet sales targets, and make an immediate impact
- Business Development: Prospect and develop a network of contacts to attract new clients and research new market opportunities. Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing customers
- Digital Sales and Marketing: Play a leading role in envisioning our next generation online sales platform
- Printing Services Advocate: Learn, understand and promote our suite of printing services, including commercial, large format, digital, finishing, and mailing services, to local businesses
- Competitor Mentality: Serve as the “face” of Piedmont Printing. Work as part of a team to provide customer presentations, manage challenging customer expectations and meet sales monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Experience: Sales, business development or ability to demonstrate equivalent. No experience in commercial printing is required and training will be provided
- Self-Motivated: Proven ability to work independently and ready to hit the ground running. Dynamic, outgoing personality with strong networking ability
- Communication: Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Results-Oriented: Driven to achieve high levels of sales performance and earning potential
- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiar with basic digital marketing
