- Configure, maintain, and customize Jira Service Management for ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management)
- Design, implement, and optimize integrations with tools such as ServiceNow, monitoring platforms, and CMDBs (asset management).
- Improve ITSM workflows and ensure compliance with ITIL frameworks.
- Use Atlassian automation scripting to automate workflows
- 4-7 yrs as a Business Analyst in ITSM environments, optimizing ITSM tools, and implementing solutions to enhance service delivery
- ITIL framework and application in ITSM processes
- Atlassian Cloud tool integration with other ITSM management systems
- JIRA Service Management configuration and customization (workflow design, SLA configuration, automation rules)
- ITIL Certification (Foundation or higher)
- Advanced JIRA automation and scripting for customized workflows
- Agile
