Our client is looking for a Junior Business Systems Analyst (3 yrs) with expertise in supporting ERP system integrations and process analysis in the manufacturing or industrial industry.

Contract : 10mon (extension and conversion possible)
REMOTE
Travel : 1-2 / mon to sites in New Jersey or Wisconsin. Travel expenses will be covered.
Office Location : Princeton, NJ
Purpose
The Business System Analyst works as a member of the D&T (Digital and Tech) team within the Information Services division (IS). The Business System Analyst provides application support, business requirements gathering, and analysis for the community of users in the area of creation and product selection domain.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the delivery of the following services : gathering requirements, taking and following up user requests, translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications, suggesting process improvements, performing internal acceptance testing, and supervising user acceptance testing.
- Participate in incident resolution, data extraction, and other operational activities in support of specific business applications.
- Advise super-users on application usage, finding solutions, and proposing workarounds when appropriate.
