Our client is looking for a Junior Technical Writer (2 yrs) with experience writing for a Security Operations Center to assist in standardizing SOC documentation regarding SOC security response plans and incident playbooks.
Est. start date: 2/3/2025
Contract: 1 year (potential for long term renewal)
ONSITE: 5 days/week - 8a-4:30p

The Business Consultant will initially focus on the development, consolidation, and standardization of the following artifacts for incident responders:

The Business Consultant will initially focus on the development, consolidation, and standardization of the following artifacts for incident responders:
- Computer Security Incident Response Plan (CSIRP)
- SOC Incident Playbooks
- Standardization of Incident Reports.
- RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) grids per playbook.
- Website guidance for workforce members reporting security incidents to the SOC.
- SOC Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
- Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)
- 2 yrs as a Technical Writer in a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment
- CSIRP, SOC incident playbooks, RACI grids, etc
- Experience with the following documentation:
- SOC Service level agreements (SLA)
- Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
- Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)
- Project management knowledge
