Location: Des Moines (4-days onsite)
Senior Data Engineer (7 years) to join a large insurance company in Des Moines. This position will involve managing advanced tasks, including ETL workflows, cube development, generating on-demand and management reports, and designing dashboards and data extracts. Analyzing, designing, and coding innovative solutions is a key part of the role.

Must Haves
- Deep understanding of insurance reporting and company operations. (Preferably Property & Casualty Insurance background)
- Experience mastering business data processes, system interfaces, and data structures.
- Proficient with SQL Maestro, alongside experience in SQL and ETL processes, including creating queries, stored procedures, jobs, functions, synonyms, and aliases.
- Experience with SQL environments, variables, version control, and execution plans.
- Extensive experience with ETL tools (e.g., SSIS) and optimizing performance.
