We're looking for a Senior Workday Product Owner (5 years) with a passion for leading Workday HCM and Payroll implementations from the ground up. Must Have Skills
- Extensive experience owning Workday HCM and Payroll modules from implementation through ongoing maintenance.
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, create user stories, and manage testing and release coordination.
- Proven experience managing product roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet strategic goals.
- Deep expertise in all phases of Workday implementation, including requirements gathering, post-production support, and enhancements.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with HR/payroll teams and developers to maintain platform health and deliver quality solutions.
