That's why we're expanding our Customer Success department and looking for a Spanish / English Customer Success Manager . Our mission is to have the most satisfied customers and we are looking for a strong relationship-builder to join our team and take care of our American clients 🙌🏼
Within the Customer Success department, you find Customer Success Managers, Product Specialists, Promote Specialists, and Onboarding Specialists, who are located in Sweden, Finland, Colombia, the US, and New Zealand 👨👩👧👦.
Your key responsibilities will be to :
- Implement and onboard new customers.
- Help our customers use Teamtailor at its full potential, with everything from integrations in our marketplace, and best practices to training opportunities.
- Work as a strategical advisor & goal-oriented for our customers.
- Work proactively with renewals.
- Build strong relationships.🤝
- Find new business opportunities with our existing portfolio customers, in the form of expansion sales, upselling / cross-selling. 💰
- Track customer's accounts to identify churn risk and work actively to prevent that risk
- Collect and analyze customers' feedback and present it internally
- Together develop and improve ways of working with customer satisfaction.
