We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Inventory Specialist to join our team at our Clearwater office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock levels, and overseeing shipments to ensure they are sent on time and to the correct recipients.
This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills who can work independently to maintain seamless inventory processes and timely logistics.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and avoid shortages.
- Prepare and process shipments, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the correct recipients.
- Maintain an organized inventory system and update records promptly.
- Communicate with vendors, couriers, and other stakeholders to resolve any shipping or inventory issues.
- Conduct periodic inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management software or tools.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and external partners.
- Previous experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
Schedule:
- This is a part-time position based at our Clearwater, FL office. No remote days.
- Flexible schedulle available, with an expectation of a minimum of 20 hours per week.
