Role Overview :

As the Channel & Cloud Partner Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth through our channel and cloud partnerships. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including campaigns and field marketing, to create and implement effective marketing programs that resonate with our partners and their customers. Importantly, you will also focus on marketing to our channel partners, building mindshare and showcasing the value TeamViewer brings to their business.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Channel & Cloud Partner Strategy :

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth through our channel and cloud partner network.

  • Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders at channel partners and major cloud providers (AWS and Azure).
  • Understand partner business objectives and align marketing strategies to achieve mutual goals.
  • Develop programs that market directly to the channel partners, to increase mindshare, and demonstrate the value of Teamviewer, to increase partner engagement and sales.
  • Marketing Program Development & Execution :
  • Design and execute co-marketing programs, campaigns, and sales plays with channel and cloud partners.

  • Leverage partner marketing development funds (MDF) effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Internal Team Collaboration :
  • Work closely with campaigns and field marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective program execution.

  • Collaborate with strategic alliances and partner business development team to develop and refine messaging strategies for partner campaigns.
  • Work with internal teams to build and distribute content that enables partners to market and sell TeamViewer solutions.
  • Performance Measurement & Reporting :
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI metrics for all channel and cloud partner marketing activities.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews with partner leadership to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports on program performance to internal stakeholders.
  • Budget Management :
  • Manage budgets and partner MDF to maximize impact and optimize spend.

    Qualifications :

  • 7 years of experience in channel and / or cloud partner marketing.
  • Proven experience working with major cloud providers (AWS and Azure).
  • Strong understanding of the B2B technology landscape and marketing best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful co-marketing programs with partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop programs that increase mind share with channel partners.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • A "partner-first" go-to-market mindset with the ability to build strong relationships with partner executives.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the cyber security industry is a plus.
  • Ability to engage with executives confidently.
  • Strong program management skills to drive initiatives involving multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to hit the ground running, working with teams across the company to plan, prepare, and scale marketing initiatives that accelerate pipeline growth and deepen partner relationships.
  • Travel Requirement : Up to 35%
