We provide a wide range of vision care services including full-scope optometric patient care, ocular disease management, routine comprehensive eye exams, refractive services, Vision Therapy, and more. Our Practice is a part of TeamVision, a Management Service Organization within EssilorLuxottica, a global leader in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames, and sunglasses. Together, we provide operational excellence to eyecare professionals with an aim to be the leading eye care provider in our community.
GENERAL FUNCTION
Delivers key results, including sales and profit, through a consistent, high-quality patient and customer experience in a multi-unit cross functional environment encompassing retail, lab, and Doctor services. Inspire the promise that TeamVision strives to be the premier destination for all vision needs within the community. Provide inspirational leadership which helps promote gains in market share, drive both topline and profitability growth, deliver key performance metrics through the brand proposition ensuring flawless execution of superior customer experience. Typical scope of leadership includes 5-8 locations.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop Practice Manager to achieve goals and foster execution of best practices for growth of business and productive inspiring cultures.
  • Lead teams through effective performance management to include activities that ensure goals are consistently being met or exceeded.
  • Establish high standards of performance and operational excellence through high performing talent.
  • Network, recruit and hire high caliber talent to ensure positions are filled timely for improved results and succession planning effectiveness.
  • Analyze the business, creating and communicating clear action plans that optimize results.
  • Lead and drive quality and improvement in the market to deliver on all key performance indicators.
  • Manage profits and expenses while ensuring proper usage of company funds.
  • Direct and approve workforce management activities according to brand policies, including labor and operational initiatives.
  • Manage operational execution and ensure brand standards are met in accordance with Company direction.
  • Ensure the protection of all company assets, policies and practices are followed consistently.
  • Inspire team growth through individual development plans to promote an environment of personal growth and accountability.
  • Ensure all Company approved safety programs are implemented and maintained.
  • Lead and support new acquisitions pre & post integration to support acclimation and transition for the staff.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • 2 years multi-unit retail or medical practice experience or successful single-unit leadership experience in high volume environment
  • 3 years management experience
  • Proven track record of delivering positive results and positive growth within retail or medical practice environment
  • Excellent business and financial acumen including operational analysis
  • Comprehensive knowledge of medical practice operations, processes and policies including sales and profit, patient and customer service, training, inventory management, visual merchandising and EMR systems
  • Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
  • Effective communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, listening)
  • Strong basic math skills
  • Ability to travel up to 80%; ability to work weekends and evenings as needed during times of high business needs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • College degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a leadership position within private practice, retail, or customer service industry with knowledge of optics.
Pay Range: 63,022.90 - 106,402.85

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
