Experience in DELMIA Apriso / Apriso FlexNet MES product
Experience in multiple Apriso implementations as a solution architect
Experience in requirements analysis workshops, solution design, Fit Gap Analysis for Apriso implementation
Good functional knowledge in manufacturing domain
Ability to provide functional and technical solutions based on requirements
Experience in different modules of Apriso (Production, Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, Time & Labor, Process Builder, Global Process Manager)
Good experience in customizing the solution using Apriso out of the box user controls, business components etc.
Good experience in implementing business logic using Apriso Process Builder
Experience in Apriso portal for master data configurations
Good understanding of Apriso FlexNet data / object model
Involved in identifying and resolution of performance issues in Apriso and in the database
Experience Required
- 8-15 yrs experience in DELMIA Apriso Apriso / FlexNet MES
- Sound knowledge of ISA 95, S88
- Strong understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems.
- Good understanding of Factory Automation.
- Candidate must have good communication skills.
- Understanding of manufacturing business processes in manufacturing Energy, Chemicals and Process Mfg.(ECPM)
- Good to have expertise in web technologies and database (SQL / Oracle)
