Role Description :
The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Veeva Vault Regulatory Information Management (RIM) solutions
This individual will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic guidance on optimizing the use of Veeva RIM
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design solutions using Veeva Vault RIM
Configure and customize Veeva Vault RIM applications to meet client needs
Provide training and support to users on Veeva RIM functionality
Conduct system testing and troubleshoot issues as needed
Stay up-to-date on Veeva Vault RIM features and updates
Assist with data migration and integration tasks
Document processes and procedures for Veeva Vault RIM implementations
