- Utilize bilingual skills to assist multilingual customers effectively
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or in-person
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve service quality
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in office software applications for data entry and analysis
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus

Pay: $17.60 - $20.00 per hour
