Role name: Desktop Engineer
Role Description:
· Candidate must have 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience to support the End User Services
· Should be customer centric and understand the Service Desk (SD) support function.
· Worked in the SD support function will be preferred.
· Candidate should be proficient in written and verbal English to provide the required IT services.
· Candidate must be ready to provide the support over the Phone Calls and Deskside support, as needed.
· Resolve Incidents and Service Requests tickets associated with EUC equipment, EUC software, IT applications, provide break/fix support, advice and assist to Customer Users, as needed.
· Provide equipment and hardware support including laptop, desktop devices, mobile devices, direct attached printers, local printers, scanners, and wireless networking.
· Mobile Device Management provides support to mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablets as well as desktop devices such as engineering workstations.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
