Duties
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues
- Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Analyze and resolve technical problems with urgency and efficiency
- Assist in computer management tasks such as installations and configurations
- Collaborate with network administrators on LAN and DNS issues
- Utilize tools like SCCM and Remedy for ticketing and troubleshooting
- Deliver exceptional customer service to end-users
