Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for painting various industrial equipment and surfaces to ensure a high-quality finish.
Duties - Apply paint coatings to industrial equipment and surfaces following specifications - Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed - Operate and maintain painting equipment such as spray guns and brushes - Monitor paint supplies and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment - Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working in the painting area
Requirements - Experience in industrial painting (HVLP spray systems) - Knowledge of using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments - Experience with automotive painting techniques is a plus - Ability to operate a forklift and OH hoist safely - Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting painting equipment - Understanding of lean manufacturing principles in a production environment
Job Types: Part-time, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
