This position is HYBRID and requires travel.
What Will You Do in This Role?
As a Recruiter, you are responsible for the full-cycle recruitment and placement of healthcare professionals for employment opportunities in our clients’ healthcare communities. This position is responsible for sourcing, qualifying, hiring, and maintaining ongoing relationships with qualified nursing professionals across the country to meet our staffing needs. Recruiters are accountable for building a network of qualified candidates, pre-screening, evaluating skills, negotiating compensation, overseeing onboarding, and managing active working healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- High school diploma, or equivalent, required
- Minimum of three years of prior recruiting experience required
- Minimum of one year of prior healthcare recruiting experience required
- Must possess excellent computer skills, proficient typing skills, and the ability to navigate web-based programs with ease
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel required
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must have the ability to work well with a team
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills required
- Strong sense of urgency, initiative, and self-motivation
- Must possess strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make decisions independently
- Working knowledge of ATS and HRIS systems required; previous experience with iCIMS highly preferred
- Working knowledge of applicant screening techniques
- Must be highly flexible and able to operate in an environment of constant change
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Confident, coachable, and teamwork focused
