This role plays a critical part in ensuring high-quality automotive paint production while maintaining operational efficiency and safety. It requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
What Will You Bring to the Role?
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 8 years of related job experience (supervisory experience desired, experience in auto manufacturing, new model launch, and quality control preferred).
- OEM is a . Chemical plant or just paint in general is okay
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Additional Role Information:
- FLSA Classification: Exempt/Salary.
- This role reports to the Paint Production Manager and Engineering Assistant Manager.
- Candidates with 8 years of management experience and 10-15 years of paint experience are preferred.
- OEM experience is a plus; candidates with experience in chemical plants or general paint processes will also be considered.
