Job Title: Parts Order Manager

Salary: $45,000 - $48,000 per year
Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Parts Order Manager to oversee the entire order process, ensuring that parts are accurately ordered, processed, and delivered to customers in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing parts orders and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process for parts orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to process orders and ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by managing expectations and providing updates on order status.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while delivering exceptional service.
- Use Excel and other tools to track and manage orders, inventory, and customer communications.
- Work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Provide support for parts ordering related to auto parts and machinery (similar to companies like AutoZone, Napa, O'Reilly, etc.).
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in customer service, client support, or parts order management.
- Proven experience in managing parts orders, ideally in an auto parts store or machinery parts environment.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and the ability to manage order tracking efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively under pressure.
Skills & Competencies:

- Knowledge of auto parts or machinery parts ordering is preferred.
