TeamWRX is now hiring for Full-time Warehouse Customer Service Representatives in Pooler, Port Wentworth and Garden City!
Pay:
* $16.50 - 17.50 per hour depending on location shift
* Weekly pay!!
Responsibilities:
- Bill shipments pursuant to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements
- Payroll processing
- Recognize and resolve documentation errors
- Assist customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies and billing and invoicing questions
- Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry and billing
- Process over, short and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution
- Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders.
- Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.
- Update customer information in a database.
- Organize existing data in a spreadsheet.
- Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.
- Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers.
- Search for and investigate information contained in files.
- Perform regular database backups to secure data.
- Input text-based and numerical information from source documents.
- Provide administrative support.
- Sort and organize hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors.
- Type in data quickly and efficiently.
General Requirements:
- Two years experience for a Warehouse Customer Service Rep position is a MUST!!
- Meeting all production and safety goals.
- Comply with all Company rules, policies, and procedures. Work and behave safely by following all safety rules and regulations.
- Perform any task required to support customer requirements and company goals.
- Must be able to lift 30-50lbs on a consistent basis
- Standing, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, and reaching during your shift is required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be dependable, punctual, and honest
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Shifts:
- 1st shift - 7am until 3:30pm - Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday work (shift times may vary depending on location)
- 2nd shift - 4pm until 12:30pm - Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday work (shift times may vary depending on location)
