Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bobarista/Cashier to join our team. As a Bobarista/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious tea and coffee beverages. If you have a passion for tea and coffee, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of tea and coffee beverages, flavored teas, premium teas, iced coffees, slushies and smoothies

- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences

- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tea and coffee bar area

- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns

- Uphold company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required

- Knowledge of retail math for cash handling purposes

- Strong sales skills to promote additional products or specials

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Passion for tea/coffee is preferred but not required

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating order totals

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
