Job Responsibilities:

Perform demolition tasks, clean work areas, and sort through damaged materials.

Set up and break down emergency service equipment at job sites.

Lead and direct small teams of crew members, temps, and contractors.

Document project progress, report challenges, and ensure job completion standards.

Conduct weekly job site inspections and maintain field documentation.

Monitor and manage equipment maintenance, repairs, and stock levels.

Execute water extraction and structural drying of residential and commercial properties.

Remove water and damaged building materials while treating environmental concerns.

Capture documentation through photographs and moisture meter readings.

Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.

Work in standing water, tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics), and lift heavy equipment.
