Teasdale Fenton Cleaning & Property Restoration is a local, family-owned company operating in Greater Cincinnati area, also serving Southwest Ohio, Northern Kentucky and Southeast Indiana. We are a company that prides itself on meeting many of our customers in an hour of need. You may know us for our cleaning and water mitigation services. But what you may not know is that we also respond to emergency situations as well. It is in this area of our business we are seeing tremendous growth, which is why we are looking for our newest Assistant Director of Emergency Services.
The Assistant Director of Emergency Services will respond to incidents requiring the intervention of a restoration company emergency response team; they include but are not limited to : fires, floods, windstorms, water, and other emergencies. The Director of Emergency Services will serve as an extension of the fire service in providing victim assistance and emergency scene stabilization. In this role, we understand how unique the fire service profession is. Which is why it's important to us that we speak the language and understand the mission of those we support and serve.
Requirements
- Firefighting experience is preferred but not required.
- Operate under the supervision of the Director of Emergency Services, while responding to assist victims of fires, floods, water emergencies, and other applicable emergency events.
- Work closely with the emergency response crews and customers to establish a relationship and level of trust.
- Liaison and provide education & assistance to fire / disaster victims utilizing the 1-800 BOARDUP Victim Assistance Program.
- Establish contractual relationships with property owners and disaster victims concerning structural fire repair and construction / putback.
- Produce accurate Post Incident Reports and other associated paperwork.
- Provide onsite services to secure the customer's property such as : board-up and roof cover, temporary fencing, tree removal and emergency demolition.
- Participate in an on-call rotation including weekends and holidays.
