Sales & Marketing Opportunity – Building Products & Kitchen Design

Are you a dynamic sales and marketing professional with experience in building products or kitchen design? We’re looking for a results-driven leader to drive growth, oversee a small team, and expand our client's market presence in Central and Eastern PA.

The Role:

✅ Lead sales, marketing, and promotions for a diverse product portfolio

✅ Oversee a team across sales, customer service, and warehouse operations

✅ Develop and implement a marketing strategy to grow the customer base

✅ Expand and revamp a showroom to showcase products and engage builders/dealers

✅ Assist in pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability

✅ Build relationships with vendors and recruit new partners

Who We’re Looking For:

🔹 Experience in building materials, cabinetry, or home finishes

🔹 Strong leadership and strategic marketing skills

🔹 Ability to engage with dealers, contractors, and system-built manufacturers

🔹 Located within 45 minutes of the facility for onsite presence

Compensation:

💰 Total earnings (base commission) in the $80K-$85K range in the first year, with strong growth potential
