Join my client’s Team. They are adding a Project Executive to lead teams on large scale ground-up and TI commercial projects ranging from $20M to $300M. These include Education and other commercial builds. Experience in client relations and securing repeat business is essential.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent experience
- 10 years of experience managing construction projects over $20 Million
Responsibilities:
Program & Project Management
- Ensure compliance in contract review, estimating, risk management, and performance
- Oversee project bidding, buyout, and scheduling to achieve on-time, quality, and profitable results
- Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress and enforce safety and operational standards
- Provide feedback to Estimating and Pre-Construction for future projects
Team Development & Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor project personnel
- Foster cross-functional teams and encourage career development
- Address performance and development opportunities with team members
- Build a culture focused on continuous improvement and alignment with company values
Business Development & Client Management
- Maintain and grow client relationships; serve as the primary contact for key accounts
- Partner with Business Development to identify new opportunities and expand market presence
- Support proposal and presentation development with the Business Development and Marketing teams
- Attend networking events and participate in client entertainment activities
- Monitor project development plans and budgets
Salary : $190,000 - $205,000
