We have an immediate opening with a final line tooling and equipment company for an experienced Deburring Technician.

Day Shift-Start Time, 5 : 45AM

Responsibilities

• The Deburring Technician is responsible for finishing and refining manufactured parts by removing burrs, sharp edges, and excess material
• This role ensures parts meet precise specifications and quality standards for final assembly or delivery
• This position also includes helping in other areas in the shop as well
• Inspect parts for burrs, sharp edges, or imperfections that require finishing
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as grinders, files, sanders, and deburring machines
• Operate precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to verify dimensions and tolerances
• Perform cleaning, polishing, and surface finishing to achieve smooth, defect-free parts
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good condition
