Job Duties:
We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to join our client’s team, responsible for coordinating the procurement and delivery of materials, fostering strong communication among stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. This role emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, and maintaining high-quality customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure materials are ordered and delivered to job sites on time.
- Communicate effectively with labor superintendents, project foremen, and office teams to align project objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by consistently meeting project goals and offering creative solutions.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and feedback to Project Managers to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in electrical contracting or design/build, project management, assistant project management, or project engineering.
- Proficiency in interpreting architectural and structural drawings, specifically electrical schematics.
- Prior experience with electrical estimating is preferred.
- A degree in Construction Management is helpful
- Familiarity with Accubid, McCormick, or similar estimating software is highly desirable.
