TEC GROUP IS PARTNERING WITH OUR CLIENT IN THE CLEAN ENERGY SPACE TO IDENTIFY A TALENTED MANUFACTURING ENGINEER.

In this role, you will take the lead in ensuring that a quality product is being made by using your engineering skills in the manufacturing of subassemblies, interconnects, and electrical components for equipment used in industrial applications.
Responsibilities :
Provide support for electrical manufacturing processes, collaborating with shop-floor technicians and engineering teams.
Develop effective process instructions for electrical assembly.
Lead quality issue resolution with suppliers.
Improve sub-assembly and top-level manufacturing processes, integrating new design requirements.
Ensure compliance with UL and CE certifications through design support and process adjustments.
Participate in system-level and component-level electrical testing needs.
Qualifications :
BS Degree preferred in either Engineering or Manufacturing. Will consider non-degreed candidates with 5 years of experience.
3 years of experience for degreed candidates.
The ability to create electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Solidworks experience for electrical diagrams. Other CAD program experience would be considered.
Six Sigma and / or Lean manufacturing experience or training.
