Key Responsibilities
- Develop mechanical designs using various engineering tools and software.
- Design and specify HVAC systems and mechanical equipment with a focus on sustainability.
- Conduct feasibility studies, load calculations, and compliance analyses.
- Review and process submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs to ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Prepare cost estimates, technical reports, and recommendations for project considerations.
- Collaborate across disciplines, participating in design and construction meetings.
- Edit material and construction specifications to align with project requirements.
- Implement and coordinate designs in a BIM environment.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards, including design checklists and interdisciplinary coordination.
- Support junior team members and provide technical guidance on project challenges.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
