Responsibilities :
- Manage the Quality Engineering Team
- Work directly with customers to ensure quality standards are met and customers are satisfied with products.
- Strong collaboration skills to interact with internal teams to achieve quality goals.
- Responsible for preventive and correction actions to mitigate the risk of field failures and provide resolution solutions to field failures.
- Implement product quality operational and systemic improvements.
- Participate in customer audits
- Quality Systems experience is required.
