This role will oversee and enhance utility systems at the plant while collaborating with tenant companies to ensure reliable and efficient shared services. As a key member of the site leadership team, you will drive improvements, implement innovative solutions, and optimize utility operations. This is a hands-on engineering role requiring strong technical expertise in utility systems, process design, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system reliability, infrastructure optimization, and mentoring junior engineers while actively leading process improvements and capital projects in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or related field of study

- Strong background in process design, including PFDs, P&IDs, heat and material balances, and process simulation.
- Experience with utility system design and optimization, including steam, cooling water, air, and wastewater treatment.
