Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a 1099 Contract Medical Device Sales Associate for our Wound Care and Patient Positioning products. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative medical devices to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the medical field.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and prospect new customers while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals to showcase the features and benefits of our medical devices.
- Provide product training and support to healthcare professionals to ensure proper use and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to provide feedback and insights from the field to improve product offerings.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in medical device sales or a sales related field.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including knowledge of medical devices and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work some nights for Hospital Staff Education
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling medical devices in [specific medical specialty, e.g., cardiology, orthopedics, etc.].
- Existing network of contacts in the medical field.
