The Elevator Consultants (TEC) provide services, solutions and software for buildings and facilities throughout the country.
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the sales of consulting services and software projects throughout the country.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage multiple sales projects at one time a must
- Facilitate, direct and lead the work of staff and client related staff to support the project
- Stay on top of industry best practices
- Ability to up-sell and cross sell existing clients
- Lead the entire sales process for clients and potential clients for consulting and software.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in facilities management, property management, commercial real estate, vertical transportation, elevator industry or other related fields a plus.
- Strong sales and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a timely manner
- Past experience meeting a sales quota
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bachelors degree or higher
Salary : $18 - $30
