About The Role

This role requires a strategic approach to client relationship management, business development, and compliance with U.S. labor and immigration regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for IT staff augmentation and SAP services in the U.S. market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the technology sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring revenue growth and market expansion.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, client meetings, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws and immigration regulations related to hiring IT professionals.
